Con Edison and NYPA Standby Rate Design Workpapers
The Workpapers have been scanned from hardcopy provided by Con Edison on Nov. 13, 2002 at Settlement Negotiations (but are public documents) and assembled in a series of Adobe Acrobat (PDF) files which have been arbitrarily separated by the categories below into Rate Classes. The Outline below can be printed as pages and placed with each section. There are 527 numbered pages in the original workpapers with unnumbered title pages inserted at various points. The handwritten (by Con Edison) page numbers do not appear on all pages, but the sequence of pages has been visually verified to ensure that all pages are present and in the appropriate place.
